We will integrate psychology into our 7-point screening process to guarantee an exceptional childcare experience for both the family and the provider. Hunny utilizes traditional screening methods, while also incorporating personality assessments that have been strategically designed for our agency.

Katherine’s background in Montessori has also equipped our agency with resources to provide nannies with an educational approach to nannying. This includes crafts, play and exploring with an hidden educational base. Resources will continue to be updated and available to your nanny throughout their employment with your family.
