The first thing we will do is have a very in depth chat about your family, their hobbies, their values, what you do together, all about your children, the type of person they engage well with and exactly what your family needs support with.

Once we have vetted candidates ready for you to interview, we will match schedules and organize the interviews between you and the nanny. We even provide pdf’s on the structure of an interview, along with sample questions you can use. We provide topics that are inappropriate to discuss, as we want this to be a professional experience for you and the nanny!

We are here to guide you in what the industry standards are so your job is completive and fair. We are here to be honest with you and provide support. Throughout this process we will provide a list of topics to think about for our job offer. The agency will draft an offer and with your final approval, send it to the nanny for revision and acceptance! Again, providing nothing but professionalism for everyone.

We want every match to be successful, which means we want everyone to take their time in making a decision. We don’t want to keep the nanny guessing, but we do want to make sure the nanny understands the position and the family. Working trials are 1-4 days long and gives the family and the nanny a glimpse into what life with the family is like. We encourage working trials to ensure confidence in your decision.

The nanny accepted… now what? Great news. The agency has a work agreement that your family will have access to upon hiring a nanny. This is a wonderful resource to go through with your nanny prior to their first day of work. This will discuss job duties, emergencies, expectations and boundaries for everyone. Completely this work agreement is taking a step towards ensuring you have a successful placement and long lived match with your nanny. Throughout her employment this should be revisited and discussed.
