FOUNDER

Katherine Hartman is the Owner + Founder of Hunny Nanny Agency. Prior to starting the agency, Katherine was a Professional Nanny for 15 years. She has studied Montessori teaching, child development and child psychology. The Nanny world has been a huge part of Katherine’s life and has ultimately molded her into the woman she is today. Her goal is create a warm and enthusiastic team and to support nannies and families in the area.

LEAD RECRUITER

Carly is excited for her first position in the nanny world! She brings eight years of HR/Recruiting experience to the company, primarily from casinos/gaming facilities. She loves helping people find the right job. She is a resident of Northern Kentucky and a UK graduate! She loves to try new places for vacations, but is taking a break from traveling to welcome her first baby into the world, due March 2023. She is thrilled to be a girl-mom, and has lots to learn from Katherine and the Hunny Nanny team.

EVENT COORDINATOR/RECRUITER

Erica has a background in education, working as a recruiting/hiring manager & supporting families as a professional nanny since 2010. She studied pedagogical theory while earning her master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and incorporates Montessori, RIE parenting and child-lead learning into the classroom of life.

She has a passion for natural-living, holistic child rearing and conscious parenting.

COPYWRITER

Stephanie is a Language Arts educator-turned-copywriter with years of experience creating engaging, brand-specific content for clients in diverse industries. As a Miami University grad and nearly lifelong Tri-State area resident, Stephanie is knowledgeable and passionate about all things Cincy. A helper, encourager, and avid volunteer, she lives in Fort Thomas with her husband, Justin, her daughter, Isla, and their kitten, Mia.
